The goal was that the planning phase of the project would take the fall semester of 2021 and the implementation in the spring semester of 2022. However, as we all know, the global pandemic messed up the situation. As a result, we couldn’t get joint operational processes started as planned, so schools in both countries operate according to their time resources.
